My heart was broken
there was so much pain.
The sacrifice for humanity
so one may gain.
The light of the child
who would serve us all,
Teach us were good
and how to stand tall.
Temper our passions.
Temper our power
Teach us humility
and how to serve another.
An eternal gift!
we all have gained!
My prayer is not for this light to wane —
But rather strike a balance
with his sisters again.
Allow room for all to share their glories.
Learn from each other and all the stories.
No more doubt.
No more shame.
No more feeling unworthy.
It’s time for EVERYONE to play the game.
